What this mod does is very significantly reduce empire size gain from all sources. It's mainly intended to make playing as a wide empire more enjoyable, as you'll no longer be hammered by massive cost increases for amount of systems and planets, but it also aids tall empires quite a bit. Changes: Empire size from districts = 0. 1 (was 0. 5) Empire size from systems = 0. 5 (was 1) Empire size from colonies = 2 (was 10) Empire size from branch offices = 0. 25 (was 2) Empire size from population = 0. 001 (was 0. 01)
