Since an update was sorely missed and to keep this legendary mod alive in the annals of Stellaris, I did a patch to LastLeviathan’s excellent Shroud Rising mod. Behold, this patch be but a spectral whisper, a mere echo in the ethereal expanse of the Shroud. A fledgling specter yet to find its true form. Tread lightly, for the mists of uncertainty cloak its every move. Changes shall materialize like phantoms, shifting and swirling in the aether.
