Introduction The galaxy is a big place, and can host a lot of different empires. So why do you encounter the same ones every playthrough? Spice up your game with a few new ones! Utopia adds three new origins and the Hive Mind authority, so the focus of these empires lies on these. DLC Dependencies The following DLC is used for this mod: Utopia But even if you don't own this DLC, the empires should still spawn in your galaxy, even though you can't pick all to play. They are all achievement compatible.
