Galactic Politics

This mod focuses on external Politics and Diplomacy, adding more content and flavor to the interactions between Empires. The aim is to enhance some of the mechanics introduced in Federations, Nemesis and Overlord as well as introducing some mechanics of its own. While the mod is made with DLC in mind, no DLC is required. Contents Six Traditions, a Resolution Category, three Federation Types and an Ascension Perk! Detailed Contents here! Cooperative (Tradition) Part of a new mutually exclusive Diplomacy Traditions Set, Cooperative represents those who are seeking peaceful negotiations with others. It increases the Opinion of other Cooperative Empires, Society Research, Unity, Max Envoys as well as some specialized effects based on your Federation type. These effects also scale with the number of Federation Members! Combative (Tradition) Another Diplomacy Tradition, Combative, focuses on competition, mutual respect and strength. As the polar opposite to Cooperative, it increases Trust, Engineering Research, Alloy Production as well as specialized effects depending on your Federation type. These effects scale with your Federation Level. Convictionative (Tradition) The third entry to the Diplomacy Set focuses on conviction and integrity, representing a strong conservative belief in set principles, be that for spiritual or political reasons. It increases gov ethics attraction, number of envoys and influence gain. The specialized effects are based on Federation Type and scale with the number of Federation Associates. Rebellious (Tradition) The first of a new mutually exlcusive Subjects Traditions Set. Rebellious focuses on the story of the underdog, fighting for freedom and doing what's right. It unlocks access to new Mechanics which should even the odds versus your Superior Overlords. Imperial (Tradition) The Imperial Tradition can only be unlocked by Overlords, Hegemony Leaders and the Galactic Emperor and is mutually exclusive with Subject Traditions. As an Imperial Ov
