Leader Death Sound & More

I frightened myself every time one of my leaders died and it sounded this message. :o At some point I replaced the info sound. Maybe someone would like to use it out there so as not to die with the leader..... :) Adjusted sounds: Select construction ship (quieter) Replaced sounds: Event life support fail Event red alert Fleet under attack Notification war 01 Notification leader death 01 Paragon window - holograph humanoid (silent) ("hmmmmmmmmm" got on my nerves) Lots of sounds from the Stellar Cannon (silent) Ironman / Achievement compatible!
