Contact War

FOR 3. 2.* Speedrun the lives of those filthy xenos by using an Existential Expulsion-esque casus belli on their pitiful empire, allowing those who are hostile to immediately enter total war. To activate the Contact War casus belli, you need to first attack an enigmatic spacefaring empire, preferably one of their stations, or perhaps capture one of their fancy science vessels. Once you have appropriately pissed off these evil aliens, you need simply to establish contact with them (to taunt them of course), and then you can get to work utterly annihilating all traces of their existence. WARNING: This wargoal destroys starbases, on top of being a total war. Threat multipliers haven't been added yet cause it's 2 in the morning as of the time of writing. No vanilla files were harmed (I think) in the making of this mod. Not Ironman compatible.
