Removes limitations from vanilla species portraits, which else only the AI can have. - unlocked prethoryn, unbidden, cetana and contingency portraits - unlocked pre-sapient portraits - unlocked MSI, Shroud Enclave and Scavenger portraits - unlocked the Fallen empire graphical shipset, but this does not change the appearance of corvette/frigate/cruiser/battleship. - unlocked all room textures (now there are over 60) - if you have the paragon dlc you will be able to set some paragon portraits as ur species - the fallen empire and pre-ftl city templates are unlocked.
