[JP_EN] Add Menacing ships - Stasis Fleets

(Gigastructural Engineering & Moreなど) AI帝国がメナス戦艦を使用するようになるパッチ(Dryus氏)： https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2597065650 #################################################### This is a mod that adds an additional section for the Menace ship, a dedicated combat computer and weapons, and a Menace battleship and Menace defense platform that can be used at crisis level 5. The Menace Battleship and Menace Defense Platform have their own power reactors and thrusters. In addition, since "12_crisis_sphere" has been rewritten to replace the graphics of the Aether Phase Engine, when using it together with a mod that changes this part, please load it before the interfering mod.
