Fallen Empire Buildable Battlecruiser (and Escort) 3.0.*

Once appropriate tech has been acquired, unlocks 2 new Fallen Empire (FE) ship classes: Escort and Battlecruiser. Note this is a triggered event so it should be fine to add to an existing save. Does not alter any vanilla files and only uses vanilla assets so it should be compatible with pretty much everything. I have tested it pure vanilla and with the ~90 mods I usually play with which includes Extra Ship Components. No issues. These ships use the fallen_empire_01 shipset without altering any of your other ships. I mention this specifically because the other up to date 'ships only' FE mod I'm aware of (Aug 15 2021) forces you to switch your entire empire over to the fallen shipset in order to work: Battlecruiser and Escort I wanted to use the ships without changing everything else, thus this mod was born. I used that one as a starting point but it has been refactored significantly. Both new ship classes have 3 sections: top, core, bottom These sections are such that you can recreate the default FE ships with one exception. They normally have a built in daily health/armor regeneration which I have removed in favor of giving both designs one additional auxiliary slot. There are also a few extra sections that hopefully preserve the original intent of these ships while offering the player a bit more flexibility. Tech requirements are: Dark Matter Power Core Dark Matter Propulsion Cruisers AI will not use these ships, player only.
