The second event adds a modifier to all habitable planets or, after terraforming to the terraformed planet. This modifier doubles the amount of districts on the planet applied to. Also, this event counts the amount of features on the planet (blockers, deposits, ...) and adds the same amount of random features again, effectively doubling them. Should be compatible with anything, as the districts are added using modifier and the features are picked using the vanilla random system and therefore should respect all features added by mods if they were integrated right Tested with Planetary Diversity by Gatekeeper and Guilli's Planet Modifiers and Features by Guilliman .
