Mod Menu Button for UI Overhaul Dynamic

Adds the ModMenu button to the Government menu for UI Overhaul Dynamic without overwriting the window with the vanilla version. I don't use ModMenu myself anymore so I'd be interested if you would let me know what you use this mod for? If you have any issues with this mod try loading the game with just ModMenu first (no other mods active) first as I can't fix any problems with ModMenu itself. I'm willing to keep maintaining this patch but since I don't use ModMenu anymore you'll need to let me know if it breaks. Load order: ModMenu UI Overhaul Dynamic Mod Menu Button for UI Overhaul Dynamic Should also work with any mods that include ModMenu already built in, just put them where ModMenu is in the load order. All this mod does is move the ModMenu button, so if ModMenu stops working I can't do anything about it and this mod won't fix any other incompatibilities ModMenu has with anything else.
