Cabal origin with custom system start 3. Cabal civic 4. Cabal flag 5. Namelist 6. New technologies to unlock armies 7. Cabal decision to strip-mine entire worlds and destroy them. 8. Prescripted Empires 9. Cabal buildings 10. Exclusive cabal oil strategic resource with new edicts Most of these features are subject to change based on feedback.
