(Yes, it's an Imperial Star Destroyer but modified by the Final Order.) SET FLEET STANCE to ALWAYS PASSIVE - This is a stellaris issue/feature - for full details, read Death Star Orbital Battle Station Description. It's indicated there. THIS SHIP IS BEST NOT INCLUDED ON ANY FLEET.
