Elves of Stellaris - Spawns Enabled

Tired of being the only elves in the galaxy? Need elven slaves for your Drow empire? This is the mod for you! What this does: Creates 2 new elf and drow fallen empires that have a chance of spawning. Adds random Elf/Drow primitive spawns. Sets prescripted Elf/Drow civilizations to have a chance to spawn. Of course requires Elves of Stellaris. Important Note!! The following empires now require DLCs: Silvermoon Heirocracy: Astral Planes Serene Kingdom of Senalata: Galactic Paragons + Utopia Aenari Circle: Humanoids Species Pack Important Note 2!! You can of course still use this mod without any of those DLCs and still get elf primitives and elf fallen empires.
