Waste has been separated out so I could suppress some annoying alerts that could be generated from a deficit. Comms Rating and Logistics Rating have been separated out, and only display income. Neither resource is now stored, to alleviate confusion over what the resources are spent on. They're not spent on anything. Ship View and Designer have both been enlarged to support NSC2 ships, and to remove the dependency on UI Overhaul Dynamic. Starbase View has been tidied up and changed to display 10 modules and 10 buildings, the maximum possible when using the AlphaMod/NSC compatibility patch.
