Red-Light Demeanour (2.8.*)

A new 3. 0. compatible version is out now. Because of my new computer, I had to make a new mod page for this. You can find and subscribe to it here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2506687667 Original Mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1598699516 UPDATE 11/1/2020: Updated for 2. 8.. I'm unable to test it at the moment, so let me know if it works or not. ATTENTION: All credit for this mod's creation should go to Thauma' ( https://steamcommunity.com/id/Thaumatarge ). All I did was fix it up to be compatable with Stellaris 2. 6.* and Federations. Go to the original mod page for mod desciption, ratings, and praise. If you find something wrong with the mod/find something's broken, please let me know in the comments below. I'll take it down at author request, but until then, I figured I would make it available to everyone else, since I so far haven't noticed anything wrong with it.
