Universe at War: Hierarchy Ships

This mod adds the Hierarchy faction from the game Universe at War: Earth Assault by Petroglyph. Announcement: I have recently removed some of the extra gameplay features from the mod including the prescripted empire, armies, and starting system and have placed them into a patch. You can find it in the dependencies link. It is not required for this mod to function properly. Features: 1. Hierarchy shipset based on the Hiearchy's ufo transport seen in the game. 2.
