Shorter Senat Time

This Mod is part of my Diplo Tweaks Collection The Galactic Community can be very slow. Sometimes to slow! Although it is the feature from “Federations” I´m most hyped about it can take severe amounts of time to get anything done. This Mod is aiming to change that and give the Community an much more active Role in your Empires Politics. Primarily it redefines several Timeperiodes. For Example the Senate Recess Time or the Vote Time. No major gameplaychanges will take place but the time it takes to get something done in the Community is shortend. In no way the Diplomatic Weight or Envoy System was changed so you still have to convince everybody to give you all your Council Powers.
