Sincerest apologies but my interests have moved elsewhere and I no longer have the time or inclination to continue maintaining my mods. I hereby authorize anyone who wishes to do so to utilize my mods for their own as they see fit, provided you attribute the original source. Allows you to go the Psionic Ascension route as either Synthetic or Machine Intelligence empires. Synths will find that all events and options match the organic version, but Machine Intelligences have their own parallel set to prevent vanilla overrides.
