BetterCheats

We set up a Discord server for the mod, feel free to join. If you have problems with launching the mod/ the mod not loading, try the following: While we found a way to make it work again, it's sadly not an easy two-click fix. First, open the Stellaris Launcher and click on "Mod-Tools" then "Create a Mod". You should see 3 textboxes and a list now. Chose a name, a version and some random tag, can be whatever you want. Let's choose a directory path now, I'll take "BetterCheatsFix". Now press WIN+R, paste this into the textbox: "%userprofile%\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod\BetterCheatsFix" and click "Ok". Leave the window open and open a new Explorer window. Navigate to your steamapps folder, where you installed stellaris (usally located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps"). Now navigate further to the following path: "workshop\content\281990\1863514508". Copy the whole content from this folder into the first folder. Now open the Stellaris Launcher again, choose the newly created mod and press "Play", you should now be able to play with the mod again. ---------------------------- Description: Stellaris Version: 2.* With the 2. 6. 2 - Verne Stellaris update this mod also got its own big update. First of all, for those who don't know this mod: BetterCheats adds, as the name suggests, cheats... a lot of them. You can cheat almost everything, you can simply add energy credits or might as well awake a random fallen empire - its up to you. The mod now supports cheating for AI and other players empires, as it was originally intended to. In our latest update we also added a cheat-menu for planets, you can find it in the planetary decisions. It works for all celestial bodies within your borders. We have a lot of funny and original descriptions for the individual cheats, made by Karotte313, so give them a look.
