Abandon planet [3.*]

Description This mod adds planet decision to abandon planet. Can be used to fix bug with empty planets. Just click the decision button, it’s free and instant. Also you can use it to clear non-empty planet. Base cost of it 75 influence and 300 energy (or 25+100 if there is less than 10 pops), and it takes 90 days to abandon planet Warning!!! All species would be killed so be sure to move them to another killed if you want to save them! Districts would be saved The mod is fully compatible with save and other mods. Not working with Iron Man. Enjoy! P. S.
