GLE let every governor owns visions! For Stellaris version 4. 4+ ------ ------ This mod is rather small compared to my other leader mods, as the planet governing can't do anything without planet modifiers. ------ Compatibility namespace = gle global_flag = gle_started 1 vanilla event was edited from: gray_goo_events.txt Not Achievement compatible. ------ What does it do? Every leader has a new skill trait - Directions.
