For 2.8.X ⚠️ - Abandoned ❌ A submod for UI Overhaul Dynamic that removes the backgrounds for the scrollable lists on these panels: Contacts Planets and Sector Expansion Planner Factions Species Leaders A bit helpful early game, when the lists aren't populated, so that you don't have a big empty background.
