Bigger Colonies - Physical Size fix

This mod combines the events for more deposits of Bigger colonies, with a defines edit for more districts per planet size instead of increasing planet size. This way, the visual size of the planet is maintained. Otherwise, this mod is Bigger Colonies. ___________________________ Join my discord channel!
