Alex Jones Adviser (too lazy to fix)

Didn't see one of these, so I decided to make one myself. A new advisor will appear in the advisors menu, the Alex Jones advisor has a unique voice line for every single advisor line in the game. I even edited each voice line to have a cool "staticy" effect so it really sounds like hes talking to you over long-range intergalactic communications or something Works with Iron Man and you can also use it in multiplayer lobbys Have fun. It's not up to date, but it's an extremely light mod that doesnt affect any game files at all, so i'm 100% confident that it won't cause any conflictions with anything (unless the devs decide to massively revamp the advisor system)
