Faster Ship Experience [4.2]

This mod makes it considerably quicker to level your ships up from Regular to Elite. In 3. 4 Paradox increased the exp gained per day while in combat for a ship from 1 to 5. This makes my mod mostly obsolete. However, as the exp gained from suppressing piracy is still quite low, I have increased that to be more in line with what you get from combat. Gaining exp from suppressing piracy will still take a fair amount of time for a ship to get to Elite, but nowhere near as long as it used to - ~27 years instead of ~273 years. It used to take around 30 years of continuous combat to get to Elite. However with the exp change in 3. 4, this now only takes 2000 days, which is 5. 48 years. Army exp has not been changed.
