More Trait, Civic, and Ethic picks

FOR AN UPDATED VERSION SEE: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2034226393 by Hubertkenobi Just a simple mod to allow slightly more flexibility in Empire customisation from the start. You can now choose 4 points of ethics (up from 3) and 4 civics (up from 2). In addition, biological empires start with 3 trait points (up from 2), and 6 max traits (up from 5). Machines start with 2 trait points (up from 1) and 6 max traits (up from 5). Robots can now have 8 max traits (up from 6). I often found myself avoiding more loreful or fun options due to the very limited number of choices available, and it always felt like species didn't vary quite as much as I'd like. The numbers used in the mod offered some flexibility without destroying the game systems. They can be easily edited in the mod-files (they are pretty self-explanatory) which will be in the mod-folder under the folder "setup". This has not been balanced or checked for balance, but everything also applies to the standard AI empires, so it doesn't sem to mess anything up too badly. Compatible with all 2. 2.* patches (and also possibly earlier back to 1. 6 ). If you like the mod please rate and give a THUMBS UP so others can find it.
