Animated Grand Army of the Republic Portraits

This mod adds the animated portraits of the Galactic Republic's Phase I & II Clone Army during the Clone Wars. Features: -Animated clone (Phase I and II) and early imperial portraits. -Republic namelist -Added 6 rooms -New civic "Kaminoan Cloning" - just a civic to help jumpstart cloning tech. -Republic flag -Prescripted Countries -Custom starting system: "Coreworlds (CW)" - Includes Coruscant, Kuat (with orbital shipyard ring), Anaxes, and Kamino. -Custom static modifiers for each world. Note that the status of this mod is not final. I'll be updating it from time to time so feedback is appreciated.
