Tesla Anomaly

Elon Musk has done it. A red 2008 Tesla Roadster now floats through space, blasting David Bowie’s "Life on Mars" into the vacuum. Of course, I had to make a modification for my favorite game to commemorate this achievement. This is a fairly simple mod, which adds an anomaly, fairly rare but always present on one of Earth’s inner worlds if playing in the Sol system, where your civilization can find a car flying through space. What becomes of it, of course, is totally up to you!
