Colourable Elves of Stellaris Ships

This is a simple overwrite file and texture replacer that allows the 'Elves of Stellaris' mod shipsets to be coloured based on your emblem like vanilla ships. - Ship lights will match your primary flag colour, like their engine trail colour. - The inside of some ships will glow the colour of your flag. - Some extra details will change colour, like colony ship highlights. - The prescripted Elven empires' ships will not have the default bright purple glow. The flower-shaped artificial worlds will have landmasses coloured like your flag. Thank you to the gals for fixing it on their end!
