Upgrade ships faster

This mod should have your ships be upgraded faster. During the late game when you've got a huge doomstack, the upgrade can take an unbelievably long time. This mod will make the upgrade much faster, but not instantaneous. The mineral cost for upgrading has not changed with this mod. This simple mod changed the fleet upgrade time in the 00_defines.txt file from 0. 75 to 0. 19. It should be compatible with other mods and it is save game compatible. If you start a saved game while you were in the middle of upgrading a fleet, it might say the upgrade is greater than 100% but don't worry. It will finish upgrading when you move forward in time without any problem. Have fun :) See my other mods: Start with an Ascension Perk http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1080825558 Start with Jump Drives http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1081250735 Faster FTL http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1081367470 Start with Map the Stars edict http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1082572078 Start with a full Tradition set http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1082608459 Start with Tier 3 wormhole FTL drives http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1085058932 Start with Tier 3 warp FTL drives http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1085058757 Start with Tier 3 hyper drives http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1085058573 Faster constructor build speed http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1085972546
