📋 About This Mod
Optimized "Engine.ini" + "Scalability.ini" + "GameUserSettings.ini" files for better performance on low-end systems with much less visual loss. Best for systems having 4GB or 6GB VRAM.

This "Engine.ini" file is optimized for better performance on low end systems that have 4GB or 6GB VRAM with minimal loss on visual quality. Textures, lightening and shadows quality has not been compromised; the only things I changed is view distance, LODs quality, and some obvious render settings to improve GPU and CPU efficiency. Check the Screenshots under IMAGE tab to understand how it works with LODs and Render Distance.
I have tested these settings on my laptop (Ryzen 5600H, RTX 3050 4GB) and it helped me achieve much more stable 60 FPS and reduce most of the stuttering (not completely) on combination of Low-Medium graphics settings.
Installation:
"C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\SB\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor" ----------paste "Engine.ini" file here and make it "Read - only".
You can change some settings in this "Engine.ini" file according to your system specs such as:
r. Streaming. PoolSize = 3000; You can increase this to higher number as per VRAM in system (I have 4GB, so I use 3000)
PoolSize = 3000 Change here too if changed in above mentioned line, must be same on both variables
Use this method to find best PoolSize for your system:
(Total VRAM - System Use) = PoolSize;--------------(System Use) generally falls between 1 to 1. 5 GB (1GB = 1000 units for PoolSize)
