What? This is a Cape variant based on the Royal Guard.

Why? Bc the only cape outfit in the game is a sad excuse of a cape - and wtf is that honeycomb electronic shtt? hahahaha

How: The design is on purpose - It sticks to the arm the ENHANCE the wavy feel and its quite tricky to blend several moving bones to work together without the cape physics breaking up - the left side is buttoned onto the side of the breast - exquisite design choice you see it here FIRST - also the left arm has a cutout for less clipping also works well for style point.

I recommend using long hairs to cover the bulge at the back, bc all cloth physics easily clips through the body - but this one is minimized, yall should have a fun time with it.

Drop in ~mods like any other mods.
