Rebalance Burst Energy Recharge

Reduces burst energy gained from stamina finisher attack from 400 to 200 to reduce just spamming burst skills on basic mobs. Burst energy from dodge has been buffed to reward skill and make up for lost burst energy in boss fights.

Why this mod exists:

Against normal enemies, Eve gains 400 Burst Energy from Stamina Finishers and from Descending Break (R1 + Triangle).

Since Descending Break only removes two stamina pips, this creates an almost infinite, brainless loop on basic mobs: DB → refill → DB → repeat.

It becomes overly consistent, overly strong, and repetitive.

This mod keeps that playstyle possible, but not something you can sustain nonstop on every enemy.

What it changes:

- Burst Energy from Stamina Finisher: 400 → 200

- Burst Energy from Dodge: 130 → 170

This shifts burst generation away from finisher spam and slightly rewards clean evasive play.

Possible future changes:

I may buff the Burst Exospine’s burst gain on the fourth hit of a combo.

This spine already grants burst energy on 4th+ hits except the quad-light attack combo.

Right now these burst exospines grant 50/75 energy on fourth hit so most combos hit four times and 2 strong combos hit 5. So it would take 12 or 6 combos for MK1 to grant a 600 cost burst move, and 8 or 4 combos for the MK2 variant. That seems like a lot so I may tweak it a bit but I think the game is very well balanced so i don't want to tweak too many things here and there and make an overhaul mod.

What likely will not change:

Blink/Repulse.

The game’s combat design is extremely well tuned, and Blink/Repulse exists to give you tempo in difficult boss fights.

They help maintain the intended back-and-forth pacing and shouldn’t be nerfed.

Compatibility:

This mod cannot be combined with mods that modify:

- SkillActiveStepTable.uasset

- SkillResultTable.uasset

Unless you use Automod to merge everything into a new unified mod.
