No Chill (No Enemy Attack Cooldowns)

this was a requested mod to remove enemy attack cooldowns.

i just did quick edits to remove ALL cooldowns from enemy attacks.

NOTES: this DOES NOT modify enemy AI, so enemies will SPAM attacks/abilities.

MINIMAL TESTING.

I WILL NOT DO ANY FURTHER CHANGES,

IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, JUST REMOVE THIS MOD.

Mod Installation:

Place mod in

StellarBlade\SB\Content\Paks\~mods

if ~mods doesn't exist please create it.

this mod can be safely removed at any time.

This mod is not compatible with mods that edit:
