This mod replaces, see below, with Ciri's clothes from "The Witcher 3".
I used CH_P_EVE_43 (Blue Monsoon) for her Skin.

Installation
Extract and drop the files into this folder StellarBlade\SB\Content\Paks\~mods
Create the ~mods folder if you don't have one.
Known Issues:
Incompatible with mods like this Eve with no Clothes on (Original Proportions)
Because it changes the Head, which results in a visible skin tone difference between the Body and the Head (Neck).
Most poses in photo mode are broken, I don't understand why. Fixed with version 2. 0
