📋 About This Mod
Adds the ability to control cutscenes. You can now skip, fast forward and pause cutscenes.
The skip and fast forward functionalities of the mod won't affect cutscenes with Quick Time Events.
Pressing and holding the skip keybind will play the currently playing cutscene in really fast fast forward. Releasing the button will play the cutscene at normal speed.
Pressing and holding the fast forward keybind will play the currently playing cutscene in fast forward. Releasing the button will play the cutscene at normal speed.
Pressing the pause keybind will pause the cutscene. Pressing it again will unpause the cutscene.
Customizatizon
Navigate to "%LOCALAPPDATA%\SB\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\". Easy way to go there is to paste this in Windows Explorer's address bar and then press enter.
Once you're there open the file named "Engine.ini" with a text editor like Notepad and paste these lines in it:
[/Game/Mods/CutsceneController/ModActor. ModActor_C]
FastForwardSpeed=10. 0
SkipSpeed=25. 0
FastForwardKey=Y
PausePlayKey=P
Default Skip speed was changed form 250. 0 to 25. 0 because 250 breaks a specific cutscene/event and might affect your save file. You can use higher values at your own risk. You can check the pinned comments for the discussion regarding this bug.

All of them should work theoretically, at least the keyboard and the gamepad keys should work for sure.
Installation BP Mod Loader
Download and install Blueprint mod loader.
Download the mod. Extract its .zip archive.
Go to where your game is installed and navigate to \SB\Content\Paks\. Create a new folder in here named "~mods" if you don't have one already.
Drop the mod's .pak/.ucas/.utoc files in there. In the end it should look like this:
\SB\Content\Paks\~mods\CutsceneController.pak
\SB\Content\Paks\~mods\CutsceneController.ucas
\SB\Content\Paks\~mods\CutsceneController.utoc
