Challenge Mods

There are two modules:

1. Challenge Mod

This is the main part of the mod, designed to be used globally, works in Normal/Hard and all modes.

reduces shield damage reduction from 17. 5% per level to 12. 5% per level (so 25% instead of 35% protection at full shields)

halves shield regeneration rate in combat from 10/s to 5/s

halves base perfect dodge/parry windows from 0. 15s to 0. 075s

reduces perfect dodge/parry window upgrades from the reflex exospine and skills by 25%:

Reflex-Type Exospine     - from +0. 04s dodge/parry to +0. 03s dodge/parry

Reflex-Type Exospine Mk2 - from +0. 06s dodge/parry to +0. 045s dodge/parry

Reflex Boost skill       - from +0. 04s dodge to +0. 03s dodge

Focus Boost skill        - from +0. 04s parry to +0. 03s parry

2. NG+ Hard Difficulty

Increases Hard difficulty modifiers to offset Eve's power boost in NG+ and provide a challenge for anyone who has already beaten Hard on a new game. Works in a new game, new game+ and the boss challenge mode (with the exception of the 2 bonus bosses - "M" and "S"), but should be used exclusively in NG+. Temporarily remove the mod if you're not playing NG+ or doing boss challenge if you don't want to have a baaaaad time.

* modifies the following enemy stats on Hard difficulty:

attack power        x1. 2

shield attack power x1. 2

ranged attack power x1. 2

HP                  x1. 4

shields             x1. 4

attack speed        x1. 1

movement speed      x2. 0

The mods don't require starting a new game and can be removed at any time you want.

Place the files in "StellarBlade\SB\Content\Paks\~Mods".
