Edits to one of my favorite outfits from the Nikke DLC. Took a few more creative liberties with this one than some of my others.
Extract all files into your <your_Paks_directory>/~mods folder. If you do not have that mods folder yet, then you must create it. Note the ~ in the name is required or you will get errors.
