Better Eve with Scarlet ultimate

So basically, I don't know what I'm doing. This is my first ever mod. Most of this comes from SlaadZerob, T4ke, and vonNeumannJanos mods! If im considered taking your mods please let me know, I'll remove it.

SOO here's the mod:

Has the scarlet ultimate replacing the Tachy Mode (same as Simple Judgement Cut End replace Tachy mode!)

Parry and Dodge window is 0. 4s,

Lowers guard cooldown to 0. 25s,

Decreases Rush cooldown to 4s,

Reduced dodge cooldown to 0. 5s (same as EnhancedDodgeBlockRush x2 Version),

Eve has HP Drain from hitting enemies, a fixed value of (30hp x 0. 02 attack) (same as Combat Tweaks - HP Drain Attacks),

Eve has 1000 shields, before was 500,

Eve has 1. 1 attack speed animation, so a 10% attack speed boost,

Eve has 20 shield regen per second, before was 10,

Eve has reduced Tachy bar, from 100% to just 30%, this makes her able to use scarlet ultimate much faster,

Eve has crit chance of 50% with crit damage 2. 5, the crit chance value wont show as I've read from other mods.

And I think thats it! Honestly a HUGE thanks for ohhlanlakub for being patient and teaching me how to mod! All of this would be impossible without their guidance.

Honestly I was just testing some values and tried to have fun with testing. So if this mod doesnt work I honestly dont know what to do. T. T
