On the other hand you can use the Menu Video randomiser so you can mix this vid with others and don't have to worry about the audio at least for the regular menu screen, I've got no clue if it works in ng+ or not.
Small Update: I finally added the requested New Game Plus audio thanks to help from King3881, while i'm pretty sure its the correct file I have no way of testing it myself since im not in ng+ so please tell me if its working or not.
