Move EVE_Title.bk2 to
\steamapps\common\StellarBlade\SB\Content\Movies
and overwrite the original file.
If you have already beat the game, your title screen video is now EVE_Title_Fusion.bk2. In this case, simply make a copy of the mod file and rename it to EVE_Title_Fusion.bk2, then overwrite the existing file.
