Simple Judgement Cut End replace Tachy mode

- Added a simple mechanic to allow you to drain Tachy meter by landing almost all types of attack from Eve. Helps you to quickly refill Tachy metter but not so boring since this skill is really op

Simply let the hidden skill Judgement Cut End bound by Scarlet's hair + outfit to replace Tachy mode. So you may use the new skill without wearing all Scarlet's stuffs.

To note that, when activating this mod, you will not be able to use Tachy mode. If you want to use Tachy mode again, simply uninstall it and every will back to normal.

I'm still trying to find the flags on Scarlet's hair and outfit and wish to put it on a earring but not going well then.

Installation:

- Extract and put the 3 files into StellarBlade\SB\Content\Paks\~mod\ directory.
