Note: r. RHICmdMinDrawsPerParallelCmdList=4096 is probably not the ideal value. It is the first value that worked well enough for me (in my current testing area of Spire 4). If you have the free time, go to the most complicated scene in game you can think of (particles and clutter and everything), enable stat unit and change this with console commands. Find the ideal value that is high enough for stable and low RHIT time (or to have it drop back down to baseline properly after a spike), but not too high that render time takes a hit, and everyone can benefit from it! No longer necessary.
