hand crafted - fine tuned jiggle physics preset for Eve

This is a custom profile/preset for Better Jiggle Mod by Angelus0 or Eve Jiggle Updater by MelancholyMastermind which both require UE4SS

I spent like 7-8 hours tweaking every setting to the decimal to get as close to my desired result as possible.

I tried quite a few other presets before deciding to create my own because I couldn't find anything that was perfect to me.

Mainly, I tried to tweak the physics to look as natural as possible, with some liberty taken as it's a game not real life, and I think some exaggerated physics are fine as long as everything meshes together well.

I added weight to the movement of her chest, while retaining as much of the jiggle/bounce as I could without it looking silly.

Improved the relative thigh/hip physics weighting to be more in line with what I think is appropriate to Eve's frame, again taking some liberties in the amount of movement without looking too unrealistic.

The final result, I think is a well balanced physics profile that looks great in all states of motion from walking to full sprint.

There are some code comments in the file that detail how to reduce or increase the amount of jiggle as well.
