Faces of the Angels

Description

When I played the PC version of Stellar Blade, I was shocked at how many low res, low quality textures were used throughout the game. In particular, many of the face textures for main NPCs were 2048 x 2048, some as low as 1024 x 1024. Quite frankly, this is embarrassing for a AAA game in 2025 with the sort of hype and appeal that Stellar Blade received.

This mod seeks to establish an improved visual fidelity by creating a standard of high res, high quality 4096 x 4096 assets for all of the game's main NPCs as well as Eve.

What are the features of this mod?

Following are the features of this mod:

• []All diffuse and normal maps increased to a minimum of 4096 x 4096 resolution.

  []All textures were upscaled using AI technology but were then hand edited to achieve the desired look and presentation.

  []Airbrushed minor blemishes on the faces to improve clarity and visual appeal.

  []Main NPCs included in one file; Eve included in a separate file for users that want greater flexibility.

  Note: Orcal was intentionally not included. I found his texture to be sufficiently detailed, so I didn't edit it.
