Adds Tachy, Scarlet, Raven, and Lily's faces to CNS

This just a JSON file to allow Tachy, Scarlet, Raven, and Lily's to be available for CNS.

WARNING: Some of the faces will have neck lines. Currently I have no way to solve this, so try to use outfits that covers the neck.

REQUIRED: CustomNanosuitSystem mod

Simply download the JSON file, and put it in the CustomNanosuitSystem folder inside your ~mods folder!

- Added an optional json for bugged female npc faces. This file contains Kaya, Rael, Arisa, Mother Sphere, Roxanne, Enya's faces.

Their faces are BUGGED. Use it at your own risk:

Use Vortex or manual.
