Chromatic Aberration setting is broken and vignette is crazy, so I fixed it.
Installation
1) Download the Engine.ini file
2) Go to %localappdata%\SB\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
3) Paste Engine.ini that you downloaded in the folder, override when prompted
4) Open Engine.ini properties and toggle "Read-only" flag, apply
