Installation guide
1.open %HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\SB\Saved\SaveGames\"your id"
2.put save file in it
Now include ng+ save do not unlock hard mode
start and ng+ save contain all outfit gear and exospine
only outfit contain only outfit
WARNING : ng+ save file will automatically unlock a lot of steam achievement
NOTE : NEED STELLA BLADE COMPLETE EDITION
I do not finish the game. This is not a normal "playthrough" save file, it is modified. If you want a normal save file upload by someone finished the game, this is not. The problem of normal save file is it is bind with steam id so if you want to use others save file you need to change the id to yours using hex edit tool.
