📋 About This Mod
This mod calculates the gases and liquids contained within ores and ices and displays the results in the Atmos Analyser Tablet Cartridge. It only accounts for the unsmelted portion of the material, allowing you to determine whether an ore is being degassed in a furnace, and by how much. The mod constructs a proper gas mixture based on the item’s internal data. All calculations are derived from in-game data, with one exception: ore capacity. Capacity is estimated based on visual size, assuming approximately 1 m³ per ore for simplicity. Temperature Handling: Ores use the item's Ore. Temperature. Most ores are set to 0°C in the game code, with some exceptions (such as coal, charcoal, and uranium). Ice uses its melting temperature. Most mineable ices are also around ~0°C, but pure elemental ices have more meaningful melting point data. Gas Volume Estimation: Gas volume is estimated using a approximation: ~44 mol per 1 m³ (at 0°C and 100 kPa) Since each ore/ice is approximated as 1 m³, some cases may result in extremely high pressures (e.g., ~1. 01 GPa for compressed liquids) or N/A pressure values when the moles internal volume is greater than estimated capacity. This mod requires Stationeers LaunchPad and BepInEx to work.
